On 12/27/23 I requested a quote through the RoadRunner Auto Transport website to have a vehicle shipped from Pennsylvania to Colorado. I listed the "vehicle ready date" as 12/30/23. I received a quote in the amount of $1195.00 and promptly completed the booking through their website. After completing the booking and providing my payment information I tried to contact the business via phone to get carrier details and make arrangements for the shipment of my vehicle. I called many times during business hours and was never able to reach anyone. The vehicle ready date came and went but I was not able to reach anyone via phone, text, email, or through their website. On 1/2/2024 I was finally able to reach an agent and he told me that the quote I had originally received was not accurate because the carrier they had booked required an extra $700. They told me that I would need to pay $1890 to have the car shipped, and unfortunately I had already provided payment information when I accepted their quote on 12/29. When I asked to cancel due to the price increase the agent became angry and told me that I could not cancel since they had already booked a carrier. The agent was curt and combative and eventually hung up on me. I have called back multiple times and waited on hold but have been unable to get anyone on the phone. I never agreed to pay $1890 for their services; the initial quote was in the amount of $1195 and they had no right to charge me an extra $700 after booking. Resolution Sought I would like RoadRunner Auto Transport to cancel my reservation and issue a full refund of the amount charged for my booking.

Contacted this company to pick up my father in-laws ford explorer in Tampa, FL where he drove it 2 hrs. from home lost. He drove right into a hurricane! Into the Tampa Bay water where it flooded and run out of gas in water up to feet inside truck! They were to pick it up from tow company that day. They advertise the same day pickup??? It was costing me 35.00 a day plus tow fee. It had to be picked up asap!!! I drove from Orlando Fl paid the tow company cash so it would be free to be picked up by roadrunner transport to take to ford in Maitland, Fl?? They took my money and them wouldn't answer the phone for 3 days!!! Finally, I get a call and they said they had to cancel??? No reason? Just left me hanging with a truck stuck on the side of the road about to be towed again!!!! Now I am trying to get my money back. Most people don't have thousands to spend and loose waiting for these thieves to return my money!! I have been calling and calling, and not one person would answer and tell me what they were doing!! All the reviews they had are false. Do not trust this company, they take your money and make you wait to return it!! Make everything cost more!!! They should be out of business!! Resolution Sought REFUND NOW LIKE YOU TOOK IT!! $458.00 Today!!!9/7/2023 You've been hold it for three days!!
