Consumer states; I would like to file a complaint against Road Scholar. My husband and I booked a tour of Vietnam and Cambodia. We both contracted Covid and were therefore not able to attend. Road Scholar offered and Insurance program, but we did not purchase it. Therefore, we are not asking for the money back, but would like to have part or all of it credited toward a future trip.
