I am in the military on base and tried getting my car shipped to me here at Fort Drum, and so i had a family member hand the driver both my spare keys and main keys and the driver only gave me one set of keys (the spare) and then got real unprofessional with both me and my mother when we called to get things situated. They even called a lady who can help the driver translate to English(because he doesn't speak English) and they got nasty attitude as well. So i am reporting because i am missing a set of keys and the disrespect/unprofessionalism of this company. Resolution Sought Give me my keys or reimburse me for the lost keys.
