I booked a room while i was at the hotel because the owner told me it would be cheaper. After i booked it, i was told they didn't except chime. However my chime account was still charged but i didn't stay there. I have tried to contact the hotel numerous times. With no results. I am extremely upset as I'm a single mom and student barely getting by. Id like my card refunded. I'm not sure where my money went since the hotel didn't rent me a room. I'm not sure how that was even legal. I have pictures and emails and can get vouched for by another hotel for that night. Resolution Sought I would like my full refund since i was told they didn't except chime but charged me anyway.....I'm extremely confused by this.
