The towing company customer service was the worst I've ever experienced.

The towing company customer service was the worst I've ever experienced. Not only are they rude and churlish, but they do not care about the people's who cars. Their policy of picking up towed vehicles is outrageous. They need to update their policies and teach their staff what customer service is.
