I have cancelled a sorry internet service with Roanoke Connect. It was cancelled last month and have installed a new internet service with Soectrum. The Roanoke office told me I was paid up and owed nothing. I even called again to reaffirm it. Today, I get a delinquent bill in the mail for a service that I did not use one day. I am getting ready to pay for my second month with Spectrum. Why am I getting harassed with a bill that shouldn't be. I'm sending a written note on the bill and returning it tomorrow. This mess needs to stop. Resolution Sought Do what they said they would do. I was told okay and you would have a zero balance. I refuse to pay another dime for something I don't have or use. My God I'm struggling enough. If I don't have or use something don't think about sending me a bill.
