My aunt paid $400 from the automated line in Wisconsin. Apparently I was supposed to call the gas company yesterday to keep my service on and give them a confirmation number?! No one told me this!!! They refuse to reconnect my gas until even more money is paid. It's 350 to reconnect (which I shouldn't have to pay because they disconnected my gas even when they received over the $238 they wanted to keep it from being disconnected), plus the remainder of my past due bill which has been an issue since 2020 due to COVID and they won't listen to that either. No one wants to help me, a representative even had the nerve to tell me last week I should take off work Monday to find the money?!?! What the hell???? This is absolutely unacceptable and I want my gas back on now, now now. They need to realize this was done across states and I work FT how am I supposed to know I need to call with some pledge or whatever when I WASNT THE ONE WHO MADE THE PAYMENT??? Resolution Sought Turn my gas on, today, now!!! I'm not paying $350 to reconnect when it should have never been disconnected in the first place!! It's not my fault I didn't know about some dumb pledge or confirmation I needed to call in when I didn't make the payment you hear me?? I DIDNT MAKE THE PAYMENT!! MY AUNT DID!!!
