Took my brand new truck for first oil change and tire rotation. They scratched all 4 rims because they failed to use plastic pry bar to remove centercaps. Now they want to touch it up with paint. NOT ACCEPTABLE ON BRAND NEW RIMS Resolution Sought I will like them to replace my rims with brand new rims not touch them up. Management not want to replace them
