I purchased a 2014 engine, the day before the engine was supposed to be delivered they called and said that engine is no longer available because it cost more and that the sales representative should have never made that deal with me for $12,000. The owner said he was going to fix the situation by selling me another 2014 engine that he has in another state. When the engine arrived it was a year 2011 engine I told them that's not what I purchase and that I don't want it. They made arrangements with the mechanic shop to leave it there because it would be cheaper if they themselves picked it up. Now they are giving me a run around about my refund, they don't want to go and pick up the engine and they said they not giving me my refund until they get the engine. They have been very disrespectful to me and my brother, hanging up the phone, cursing at me and called my brother the "N" word. Because of there unprofessionalism and unlawful business practices I am losing money each day my truck sits without an engine, my bills is accumulating and I'm about to loose my business. I pay for the engine May 4, 2022. My weekly average earnings 12-15 thousand a week. This is stressing me out I'm having sleepless nights because of this. Resolution Sought I want my refund, if possible the money I have lost because of this.
