We bought a hot tub in November and probably by January or February the waterfall stop working only half of it works. the installers installed the easy lift incorrectly crooked and then upon purchase we did exam in the hot tub per se not on eye level and not from the inside. which we should have after emptying it a few times we found at least two good size chunks missing from the inside there about pinky width, and in thickness, which will I'm sure cause inside failure of the hot tub of the body in not too many years I presented the situation to Robertsons billiards and they said they were going to fill out a warranty through Cal spas which today is June 13. I found out that they never even sent in the photos or even tried to do any sort of warranty on my behalf I actually severed ties with them because they blamed the damage on me because they said it could've never happened in there possession that it had to be something that I did now I don't know about anybody else but I go in there and bare footed could not take out chunks. This hot tub sat on the showroom floor for a year because we bought it in 2022 labeled 2021 so I've tried to work with Robertsons to no avail I'm done I have to go another route and if it has to go to court I will do so but I need some help. Praying you can help. Do you have Resolution Sought Preferably a new hot tub initially I just wanted it fixed we are beyond this now I'm soo angry at their response I just want a refund or a new tub not a repair any more I'm over their bad business ethics
