I got locked out for my account, I have no access and without my authorization they took $4900 from my checking account. Resolution Sought I'm loosing money in my investments since have to access and the took money without my authorization

Have tried multiple times to resolve issue with company. Am instructed to chat then receive a call back. Have not received any response via phone and they say they can't resolve via chat. Resolution Sought Resolve my issue and refund my money. Some kind of fraud going on and they will not call me back.
