Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) Explained The Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) is an indicator on how responsive a company is in addressing and resolving customer complaints brought to their attention by BCA. On march 8, 2021 re brought out cuckoo clock to Robinsons for repair. He told us it could be repaired and we agreed on. $180 fee for the service. We called next few months and we're told it was it repair line. Then we found out clocksmith passed away with Covid. He did not call to tell us this, we heard it from man's niece. We called store and again we're told it would be repaired. We called again and we're told he had to send to Germany for parts we called again and we're told same story it on the repair desk and it will be fixed. At no time have they ever called us to advise us of current status of the clock. At this point we want clock fixed and back . I think One year and 8 months is sufficient time for the repair to be made Resolution Sought Like clock repaired and returned with out paying for it.
