I went in to leave a computer that they had fixed I paid 150.00 the computer had never been used but the said the hard drive went bad so they upgraded it. Then I realized some of the keys didn't work when I took it in the business owner started arguing with me like a child accusing of dropping my laptop and that I should of bought it in earlier was yelling at me in front of his employees who have never seen me upset. Totally an abuse on my person he even mimicked my voice he should be closed down that's not a away to treat good paying customer bad business for downtown gilroy. I'd like them to get rid of the old guy he doesn't know what customer service is and shouldn't be allowed to treat people like that he has done this with various other customers .
