Hello, my name is Billy McQueen Jr. I'm filing a complaint against the walk in clinic in roby tx for the reasons listed below.
• I asked for copies of my records and the staff were for no reason very rude and refused me services without a reason also they locked the doors and called police on me. I'm having a very hard time trying to figure out why I was treated in such a nasty way. It was uncalled for. I'm human and I have a mental condition, but I'm not a retard, but a human being who has feelings who has right to be treated fairly who is tired of being treated like scum because of my family's last name. This world has become so un human like. Maybe not to be so judgmental! To recognize that's the job of their choice and if they aren't able to handle their duties properly then maybe they should pick a different career. Thank you
