I have a old house which was build in 1920 and the electric meter is on the back of our house, my home is fenced in completely. I also have the ring camera around the house. I'm retired and home everyday so if RGE indeed came to my our for a Meter read my ring picks up everyone and everything that comes around my home. Last year I had this same situation about the none meter read and guessing the read of my meter. Resolution Sought Refund all payments to my bill, and actually start reading my Meyer correctly, and for the meter readers to stop being lazy and actually read the meter.

Explain to me how I got 3 different bills. 1st one was $788.00. 2nd one was $388.00. Now I got yet another one for $1,065.00. I was on a payment plan because I'm on a fixed income seeing how as I am retired and elderly. This is ABUSE!!!! I AM CONTACTING LIFESPAN ABOUT THIS Resolution Sought I want some sort of CREDIT to my account. This is ABUSE & I will be contacting LIFESPAN because of this. Especially when I am supposed to be on a payment plan.
