Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) Explained The Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) is an indicator on how responsive a company is in addressing and resolving customer complaints brought to their attention by BCA. Dropped off tax papers so they could file my taxes on April 14, 2022. They didn't do my taxes. They returned 1 phone call and said they would return my paperwork(w2's and and other tax info) They wont return my calls or my paperwork. I went to address and they are no longer there. Resolution Sought I just want my paperwork back.
