Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) Explained The Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) is an indicator on how responsive a company is in addressing and resolving customer complaints brought to their attention by BCA. Consumer called stating your company put him in a loan that he did not agree too. Consumer applied for a $200,000 loan and he specifically asked for a VA Loan. He was put into a conventional loan with promises that it would have a better rate. He informed your office he didn't want a conventional loan he wanted a VA Loan which was not done. Now the loan is approved, and his credit is destroyed because he does not want to pay on a loan he did not agree too. He has tried since October 20024 to cancel this loan to no avail. Consumer wants the loan and all charges canceled and removed from your system. Resolution Sought Consumer wants the loan and all charges canceled and removed from your system.

I was trying to go through Rocket Mortgage to get a consolidation loan on some credit cards and put my mortgage in there so I could have the mortgage in my name. So I changed my mind about allowing g the mortgage to be put in there. So I just wanted the money for the credit cards consolidation they guy told me NO I had to keep the house in there. I told him No I don't want the house in the consolidation and he say no and he would just keep my 500.00 dollars. Resolution Sought Give me my 500.00 back or a portion of it.
