I had a very un-pleasurable experience with a member of the rocket mortgage team yesterday. And I understand I authorize them to pull my credit once yesterday. However after the conversation with the arrogant employee who was constantly condescending to me, I decided not to move forward with this company. However, I was just alerted that pulled my credit just now without my authorization. Luckily, I have an alert on my profile right now I'm trying to monitor and build my credit. Resolution Sought I am demanding that they stop pulling my credit. That they remove any of my personal information from their system. And that they put me on the do not call list. If they cannot comply, I will be contacting my lawyer and pursue legal matters over the privacy violation.

I applied for a loan and was approved and sent a deposit of 500.00, the day of closing I was denied the loan and then they refuse to return my deposit. Resolution Sought I want my money returned.
