On Sunday August 6th I went to Rockland Motor Sport dealer. Shahid Khan, helped me with the whole process, never said what my interest charge was going to be for getting the loan. The only things he said was my monthly payment $450.98 and the total amount of the truck $ 21,240.70. I did like the monthly payments. Before signing all the documents. I took the car for test drive at that moment Cindy was with me! I asked if I could go to highway to drive the car, the answer was No because we don't have a good insurance! I drove the car just around the block. The car has a bad smell as a Tabaco! Which they said would take away! That day i signed the documents but didn't take the car with me! ( they were going to take the smell away) I came back Wednesday August 9th , and took the car with me. 3 days later I heard a noise on the Driver side and main power control lock on the door wasn't working properly. I called them and mentioned the issues the car has! They asked me to bring the car back to get fix, before leaving the car we went for a drive with their mechanic to show him the issues he agreed that the car has to be fixed . I dropped it on Monday 14th next day received a text saying your car is ready! I didn't pick up the car until August 26th . After I talk to James the guy who represents the bank! They did not fix any of the issues! They said the noise it makes is normal wear of use car! Which is not I have dealer diagnostic! Transfer case has to be replaced! Resolution Sought Cancelation of the contact, my down payment back! He sold me the car with lies! On top of it he sold me a warranty for $1,995 that I never heard or knew when signed up the documents! Ram dealer said the car has not warranty with them!! He told me 3 years of warranty and 30 days from his dealer! I want the cancellation of the contact!! They weren't honest or he wasn't honest!
