I was told I could not go through the car wash because my car was to dirty.

I stopped at this car wash and paid 24.99 to get my car washed but as I was driving in to get the car washed, I was told I could not go through the car wash because my car was to dirty. I was returning home from a family funeral , came through a horrible snow storm. And my car had a lot of blow back from the snow and ice in the roads. They would not refund my money. Said it was the manager policy, This company need to have a sign up , if car is too dirty cannot wash here. Needs to be posted before moving forward to pay for the wash.
