I checked in the hotel the room was stained of blood and smelled horrible, I requested a refund or to move rooms they moved me rooms which also had blood stained mattresses and live plumbing and informed me that a dog had died in the room and they couldn't get the smell out. Upon checking out they told me I owed $10. I gave them my card and authorized a $10 charge, 20 minutes later the front desk lady (Frankie) brought me a receipt and charged my card $767.16 within multiple charges different amounts, totaling $767.16. When I confronted her about it she said her manager told her to do it, also informing me that the manager is embezzling, I requested the manager be called (Helen) she informed me they were holding that money and started yelling and being disrespectful when I confronted Helen that is illegal she informed me she had cancer and that the charges would fall off. Once again I informed her those were unauthorized and that is illegal at that point she told Frankie to ask if I wanted to stay or check out. The next morning I went to the front desk and asked about the charges again and they said they had no access to reverse the charges. The front desk also gave me another persons information with their address and billing information. I immediately left and called my bank to report the fraud and shut my card off and they continued to make more charges on my card. Resolution Sought Give a refund.
