I made a reservation off of vio. com for hotel said incomplaint for one night when got there the first room there was dead cockroaches in the bathroom. TV didn't work went up to the front desk asked for another room he tried to put us in two other rooms. The second room smelled like there was a dead body or a dead animal in there and then the third room reeked of cat urine. We follow the complaint with the booking agency for the hotel because the guy at the front desk of the hotel told us we could get refunded. We just had to go through the booking agency and now they refuse to answer the phone and I went there in person to sort this out and they turned me away and told me that they were gonna call the cops. Resolution Sought I would just like a refund for my money, please
