This attorney refused to give me the name of the president of the Homeowners Association. He told be to walk the streets and knock on doors. He is attempting to collect on arrearage of association fees. I called Mr Hoffman yesterday after receiving a letter from him stating foreclosure proceed would proceed in 15 days if the balance of 1600.00 was not paid. I have only lived in my home from11 months and was never afforded the name of where I would pay the fees. To date I have paid $1200.00 and have paid ever month. I also was not able to use the portal after getting the information and called First Residential of Missouri and never received a response to the issue with the payment portal. When I spoke with Mr Hoffman read me the Miranda Rights that anything I said would be used against me! I am making every effort to pay these fees. I also emailed Lauren Wechtel with First Residential and found she's out of her office. This attorney refused to give me any information! Resolution Sought I was told by Christie in customer service and First Residential that I was eligibility for a payment plan. I want this attorney to stop his action of foreclosure. Seems he would like me to be homeless!
