This company is unapologetic… I ordered a pair of shoes back in May, never received them and when I contacted them she was rude and did not help. So I had to file a dispute with bank that still has not given me my money back. This person has thee very worst customer services skills I've ever seen in my life! Zero help and bank has been no help! The bank said she can issue the refund and she claims she cannot which is straight up BS and I'm sick of it! I had to buy the shoes elsewhere months ago and I just want my money back Resolution Sought GIVE ME MY MONEY BACK!

Hi! We always strive to give the best customer service and always take care of our customers. Unfortunately, this customer decided to file a chargeback with her bank before allowing us to help them. Once a chargeback is filed, there is nothing we can do on our end as it is in the hands of their bank. We did ship the shoes to this customer and tracking shows that they were delivered. We do not have her money (her bank took it from us when she filed the chargeback) and we did ship her the product that she ordered.

Untrue, for starters a dispute was filed due to no answer to original emails that was sent along. 2. The bank said yes they CAN GIVE A REFUND! There is nothing stopping them So that is a lie. I told them this and she would not listen! It is now mid July and I want to close this bank account and she is holding me up! Very unprofessional , until I get my refund reviews will be written! I cannot afford to throw away 73 bucks!
