8 days ago I ordered same day delivery flowers from "Rogerflorist.com" and despite being charged, never received my flowers. I received no notification that my order was "unable to be delivered" until I personally contacted them the next day to inquire about what happened. They gave no explanation as to why my order could not be delivered, or as to why my account was charged if they never processed my order. I spoke to a customer service rep who claimed there was no record of my order, despite my having been charged $75. I finally received an email from them the next day declaring the official cancelation of my order, and that I should have my money refunded within 1-2 business days. That was 7 days ago. My money has still not been refunded. Resolution Sought Cease to exist? First and foremost, I need my money back. I'm fairly certain them taking my money and giving no product counts as theft. As their site even displays their lack of ability to function as per the many testimonials from customers who "recieved a refund promptly" I think this site and company should be suspended from being able to do business until they learn how to complete the task they are charging people for.

Ordered flowers on line for a funeral in Massachusetts on September 19th the money was debited from my account on September 20 and they called to say we don't deliver to Boston and that we would get a credit in 7 days which hasn't happened I believe they scammed us and they have also scammed other people. Consumers should be aware of this fraudulent company. Resolution Sought A refund would be appropriate if at all possible. Thank you .
