Pressure washed, stained, sealed and repaired concrete. Concrete repair was done incorrectly according to product instructions. Incorrect material used and applied incorrectly. Stain and seal did not adhere to concrete repair, concrete is chipping and not holding stain or seal. Color not applied evenly and missing in areas. Owner, Kyle Hunter is not a licensed contractor and therefore this job was done illegally. When asked to come back and discuss our concern, Kyle agreed that the job was done incorrectly and said he would make it right. After that encounter, he would no longer take our phone calls and would not respond. We unfortunately had paid him in full with cash the day he finished the job when the area was still wet therefore you could not see the issues mentioned above until the following day. He's refused to respond. Resolution Sought I simply wanted the business owner to make it right as he agreed to. Come back and stain and reseal the areas that were missed. Finish the job correctly!
