November 7, 2020 Mr. Balthazar Rojas of Rojas Landscaping, Cathay Drive, San Jose, CA (408) 691-6541) was hired to renovated our backyard on Brightwood Court, San Jose CA, 95148. He was paid $10,150.00. He did complete the job and we were pleased with the work. He installed planter boxes, artificial turf, and pavers. After the job was completed, he said we could contact him if we needed something or there were any problems. In July 2021 the pavers started separating. I sent Mr. Rojas a text message and he did respond back. He stated, "This is a common problem with pavers." I asked if he could come out to look. He stated, " I'll do it just this once." He never came to the house. I sent another text message with pictures which, showed the separating. He did not respond. I sent another text message about them becoming uneven, and he responded that he needed one week. Then week turned into three weeks and I have not heard from him. I don't understand why he isn't following through the repair. I do have pictures of what is happening with the pavers/bricks. Resolution Sought I would like them to correct the problem so the bricks/pavers will stop coming apart. It is in a designated area but is spreading.
