When trying to cancel my Paramount subscription I was sent through the Roku channel to fill out a form and I gave my debit card number to a company called just ask and you just ask I was charged $46 and trying to get a hold of Roku to find their name and number I could not find it anywhere. I called the Better Business Bureau. I called that number that was corporate office. I just asked them if I could have the Roku name the name number or email for Roku. I went online they would not give me any name or number everything if Roku was going to send me or anyone is gonna send me money just ask would send me a certified letter charging me $14 to mail back my partial Payment. All I want is Roku or just ask which I found out is fraudulent Roku to investigate into this and I would like my $46 plus another $31 that I've been charged for Paramount in acorn which I have canceled and I would still like a phone number for Roku or an email for Roku, which they will not give out Without paying for it Resolution Sought Refund all payments to Roku including just answer payment find out why it isi impossible to contact anyone in person.

I have been calling and send emails to Roku TV channel to cancel all subscription. Despite my numerous efforts, Roku TV continued unauthorized charges to my account. It seems that they are doing fradulant activities. They might be also trying to deceive or mislead customers as they constantly play with words. Also, they have a very confusing methods of cancelling subscription, which make it impossible to cancel subscription. Resolution Sought Refund all my money and compensate me for wasting my time and energy during the past three months.
