I have a Roku tv that isn't working. It is currently within the warranty timeframe, under 1 year. I had a chat conversation online as this is the only way to get to a resolution. I was advised that someone from an escalation department would contact me shortly and it's been 3+ days with no contact from the escalation team. I want a resolution to this issue. Per the warranty they either can fix the issue or replace the television. As I cannot speak with anyone directly I am writing this complaint to you! Resolution Sought I want the company to stand by their warranty. They can either repair the issue or replace the television.

How can a company like Roku control your Television that you buy and want you to agree on something that you have no concern just want to watch your television that you buy ,I think it's wrong for Roku to control your television, and don't let you watch it unless you agree to their company, when you buy something it should be on the box of the television so you no not to buy, Resolution Sought Stop taking control over others people property or you should have agree or disagree.
