Poor Customer Service!!
I purchased a TCL Roku TV less than a year ago and it just went in to recovery mode and will not come out. I have contacted customer service 3 times in the last month regarding it and they keep asking me to pay a fee for them to help me get it out of recovery mode. The TV is less than a year old! Why should I have to pay anything. Their customer service is the worst I have ever dealt with. I had to go out a purchase a BRAND NEW TV to replace the one I bought less than a year ago. This is completely frustrating and I will make sure everyone I know hears about this. I would for a very large retail store and will advise our customers to not purchase this kind of TV either. So that other people don't make the same mistakes I did.
