Our burned down about 4 months ago so we decide to call this guy cuz he owns his mobile home roll away trailer park thing and we asked him if he had a huge trailer we could buy or fix up from him and he said I'll call y'all back he called us back about an hour later and said I actually had a mobile home donated to y'all. y'all just need to finish getting the rest of that stuff in your yard picked up so we started doing so it's been over a month he said well you need a flood letter well we produce $250 to him cuz he said that's what it's going to cost and we did and now he's refusing to come off of either the flood letter or the mobile home when he said it was donated my neighbors have cameras on their house showing where he come to our property received the $250 and where I wrote him a receipt but he gave me a false name come to find out his real name was Robert Lord so he says. I just either want my money back from him or I would like the trailer as a green. Resolution Sought We would like a refund or the trailer as agreed

Company states: They have paid for the flood letter and they have been handed the flood letter. They will not get the trailer. And, I will not go into the reasons why.
