Consumer alleges your company broke the sensor on his tire and refuse to take responsibility. Consumer went in about a month ago to replace a tire with a used tire for his 2021 Lexus. Consumer notice after he left that there was a noise when he drove. He took it to several mechanics that could not find the problem. He finally had a bad feeling about the tire that was replaced so he took it to another tire shop. The tire shop showed him how the sensor was broken and it was just tied up with a plastic tie inside the tire and that was making all the noise. Consumer went back to your shop to complain however you refuse to take any responsibility because the tire had been replaced about a month ago. He was offered a discount to replace the sensor however consumer does not agree because your shop caused the damage. Consumer wants your company to take responsibility and pay for the broken sensor. Resolution Sought Consumer wants your company to take responsibility and pay for the broken sensor.
