Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) Explained The Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) is an indicator on how responsive a company is in addressing and resolving customer complaints brought to their attention by BCA. They have not provided to us the infos. we requested for my son's services til this time. They tend to just tell you if we're available for services when we are. Just on holiday break right now while attending to my son. They have not provided a corrected copy of FBA report since after 4-2023 with several follow ups. They still provide us the FBA report with incorrect infos. They have not provided to us a therapist that is certified in behavior/is an RBT for ABA therapy instead of the one's they assigned recently without them informing us that the "therapist" hd the said certifications/license before and even after they started. Ashley, assigned BCBA was also unethical. No specific nor updated treatment plan provided to us as well. They just consumed esp. weeks ago the authorized ABA session times of my son unprofessionally speaking. Diff. people would randomly call/text way bk without resolving the issues. We have sent email to them, which we have not received reply yet on requested specific infos. via email til this time. Resolution Sought Address above mentioned concerns.
