Customer Complaint

Ordered flooring at home depot store in Beaverton. They contracted with Romanoff renovations to install flooring. Unacceptable job. Have contacted both parties to request site inspection for resolving issues. No success. Only receive inaccurate and incorrect emails from Romanoff's's. Still no inspection or resolve from either party. This has been going on since august of this year. 4 months w/o resolve too long. Resolution Sought Inspection and repair.
