Red river Ford in Cabot Arkansas told me and my family that they that their customers like Family. After I purchase the truck I was told that I would not have to pay money for repair while under contract...The first hard rain we had The sunroof flooded while I was driving and I had to stop almost wrecking because I had water pouring in fast... the roof was stuck open. I have been calling red river ford of cabot Arkansas every week since it happened. Today's date is 7-7-21 and I just called them. Resolution Sought I just want them to be people of their words and give me the service that they told me they would. I just want my truck fixed
