It is disheartening that after the elation of vehicle ownership someone can take your joy and turn it to sadness, aggravation, disappointment
I purchased a vehicle in May 2020. I was elated after years of trying to obtain one. Of course I needed a co-signer. The details of the purchase were ever changing and I could not get direct answers from the salesman but I went through the purchasing process. It took several weeks to complete. I thought all the paperwork was in order after the purchase but I kept getting calls from the sales manager saying paperwork was not signed correctly and me and my sister had to go back and sign more paperwork and we did. Once again the sales manager called and said paperwork was not done and me and my sister once again went in to do paperwork. Once again I started receiving calls from the sales manager and I was in the hospital and was unable to answer his calls. Before I went to the hospital the salesman called me and I told him I could not be disturbed because I was going into the hospital. When I was able to return a phone call to the sales manager he told me that I had to come in with my sister to do paperwork or else. Also, I was told after having the vehicle for about a month that I had to have full coverage after being assured the insurance I had was sufficient. So all of this was going on while I am trying to recover from surgery and being in the hospital so I returned the vehicle. I have never experienced such disregard, idiosyncrasy, and lack of knowledge of their positions for customer service and care. The sales manager is Chris Laduke and the salesman is Kenny Shotter
