We bought a van from them 3 months ago for 4000.00 and we had to make payments on it. Well first the brakes were bad fixed them, needed a new battery fixed that, and now we have a problem with the frame. We took it to 2 different garages and they don't even want to fix it why cause it's a major project. You can't tell me that Ron motors didn't know any of this. And we still owes 4500.00. I'm not very happy with there services. Resolution Sought I want them to take the van back and the loan also give me back the money I put into it. They had to know about the problems this van has and still sold it to me.

Dear customer, you bought 2003 Chevy express with 266k miles on it with $2000 discount and if you remember you insist on financing it because you did not have money and I did my best to help you get in this car and I already mentioned to you this vehicle has no warranty and any thing happen to this car will be your responsibility to get it fixed you came here yesterday so we can check it out for you and we told you it is not frame issue it is your cv axle which damaged your transfer case and we told you still if you want we can get an estimate on how much it cost to repair that for you.

I have been texting them and they told me that they would fix the van for customer satisfaction without profit. The van had a leak when we bought the van thought It was a oil leak well it turned out to be something else which their mechanic should of known about when we bought the van. The 2000.00 was because of the financial loan not because they wanted to be nice about it. Now they r not responding to my texts. I can forward the conversation I had with them about fixing it for no profit. I'm so annoyed with this company. The one owner was very nasty to me and wouldn't even talk about the van. That shows me that they are hiding something like they knew there was something wrong.
