I enrolled in the Debt relief program back in January 2017. Per contract made 38 payments and all accounts have been paid and close since January 2021. They told me I getting a refund after 3 months. Its been already 6 months and still everytime I ask for status same responses, its at the managers desk or havent heard from the lawyer. Resolution Sought Send my refund now
