Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) Explained The Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) is an indicator on how responsive a company is in addressing and resolving customer complaints brought to their attention by BCA. If they are considering doing business with the company, consumers can use this indicator to forecast the likelihood of having their issues addressed if a problem arises. CRI measures the company's customer satisfaction abilities through BCA’s complaint mediation process.

They came to pump out our septic tank, we were given a quote between $150 - $250 unless something needed fixed. Within minutes the cost was up to $3000., he needed to clear the drain lines. Minutes after that didn't work he wanted $6500 main pipe needed replaced, the guy said that should last us another 20 yrs. Ten days later it backed up again. They came again, man did nothing at all n told us it would cost another $22,000, he needed to replace drain field. My husband n son were the ones doing the work, husband went to Lowes n got a plunger for a garden hose to flush the system out. It worked! Called RooterPlus I spoke to a supervisor asked for a refund do to them doing nothing except for putting in a 6 ft pvc pipe n putting chemicals in the drain lines. Which did not fix the problem. He only funded me $500. Told him in the end my husband n son fixed it. Therefore I do not believe we should pay the $6500. Also the guy who came told us that if we needed more done the $6500. would go towards that, was informed by second guy who came that we would only get 70 of the chemicals cost back. Resolution Sought Give us a full refund, because nothing they did worked like the man told us.
