Ordered a laser hair removal device. Stated "money back guarantee after 60 days". Contacted company for a refund via email. They extended the warranty for 4 months stating "Don't worry, we'll guarantee a refund". After 4 months, I again requested a refund. They told me to return the product to Rosa Care. 1130 W Scott St. Springfield Mo 65802, with a photo of my return receipt from the post office with the tracking number and an immediate refund would be issued. They ALWAYS responded to my emails. Once the proof of return was sent, they quit responding. Now I'm out $179, the device and $15 shipping charges. This is a scam. Resolution Sought Refund
