Falsely advertising promotions.

I purchased .50 cents off a gallon of gas through Albertsons app with my monopoly points. And I have used it at a chevron in Palmdale ca. Which they honored the 50 cents off. After purchasing an additional gas rewards I tried to use at the chevron gas station in Rosemont ca. I was told by cashier Misty that they can only honor 20 cents off. For these companies not to false advertise promotions that these other companies cannot honor. Its a inconvenience for me as a dedicated paying customer.
