I ordered an item from them back in mid April (it is now august 8th) . After a couple weeks and I had yet to receive a notification of shipping I emailed the company and asked about my item. I was told cause of over whelming numbers of orders, it would be about 2 weeks. Over the next couple months I continued to email them and they continued to tell me it will be 2 weeks. After a few months of emailing, they quit responding to my emails. I recently went on the website to try to contact someone again about getting a refund and there was a message saying the site isn't available anymore. Resolution Sought I would like to get a full refund for the item I paid for
