My 2016 Chevy TRAX was reposed and towed by Rose Towing and Recovery located 3363 W Howard street in Skokie. I went to recover my personal property and they stole $30 out my book bag and my big container of liquid washing detergent from my personal property Resolution Sought Repay me my $50 for my stolen property the driver stole
