I ordered my items back on 7/21 of this year. I still haven't received my items. I text email called and left messages. I told them I was contacting BBB and they apologized and said I would get my tracking number I texted asking for the tracking number and still nothing. Resolution Sought I want my money back, because they don't want to send my items. This is stealing.

I got a message from Roseblend and they said that they are going to refund me , however I explained that I no longer have the card. They did not provide me options so at this point I do t know what to do. They said they can't do anything so I said send the product. I really don't know how to handle this moving forward.

Company states; We attached is proof of refund and the person (customer) contact is shown as proof. You cannot receive a refund via cashapp and the customer was advised of that. Refunds are sent to the bank of the card issuer and the bank will send the customer the funds to the correct associated name on the account. I advised the customer to contact the bank for fund retrieval in regards to the refund that was issued to the card at the associated bank she banks with.
