I purchased what I believe to be $350,000 worth of gold coins was actually $370,000 worth of gold coins. The day I received it I called and said I wanted a refund I wanted to return and I want a refund the company refused to allow me to send it back myself. They insisted that they send me their own FedEx boxes that are insured. They took two months to send it back to me. They received their gold back August 7 and I still to this day have not received my refund. I am the widow of fallen officer who goes into the Hall of Fame this year and they have basically taking my life savings and left me destitute they refuse to answer my calls. They refuse to talk to me about the refund. They have the gold they have everything.. Resolution Sought I would like to receive my refund immediately. There is no reason why they can't refund my money. I wire transferred it to them so they can't say that they we had a check that was bad or credit that didn't go through. I have all the paperwork showing that it was wire transferred from my bank to their Bank of America account and all of their wire transfer information. I want them to cut my refund check and FedEx it to me immediately so I can go on with my life. I would also like to make sure that

Before receiving the complaint from the Business Consumer Alliance, Rosland had contacted the complainant to let her know the amount of the refund check for the coins she purchased and returned in good condition, and that the check was being sent to her now. The complainant acknowledged this information. Rosland sincerely apologizes to her for the delay and her unsatisfactory customer experience.

Brian Dunn from Rosland Capital was my sales persons, he has been deceptive to by promising to have my 140 Silver Eagles delivered by 7th of Oct 2024, they never came and now he does not keep me informed and states that they were never shipped, he wants me to call his compliance department? Why? This is an ongoing problem with Rosland Capital - look at their reviews, this company has not delivered the silver coins, I have been stolen from. Resolution Sought Either send me $5,219.00 back or my 1 troy oz. Eagle silver coins as agreed to per our transactional promise. Otherwise its felony theft.
