Mr. Ross was contracted to complete work on the inside of my home in December 2023. He came out on a couple occasions and told me what he could do for me. He was aware that my insurance was responsible for payment, however he asked for 5,000 cash to buy materials in advance. Mr. Ross took it upon himself to involve himself with the financial gain of other contractors that were working on my home. Mr. Ross called my insurance company himself and got information from my policy. He decided that he did not want to work on my home and refused to return my payment. He is charging me for gas mileage and unworked hours. He has not done any work in my home since receiving payment. Resolution Sought Give my refund so that i can find another contractor to finish my renovations.
