Stop harassing the vendors that pay good money to be there

The place is a flea market i am a vendor they keep changing the lease agreement when the vendors don't have a signed lease for the current year. Stop harassing the vendors that pay good money to be there but can't get hot water heat and proper healthy condition for the area when we also have rodent problems.
