Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) Explained The Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) is an indicator on how responsive a company is in addressing and resolving customer complaints brought to their attention by BCA. If they are considering doing business with the company, consumers can use this indicator to forecast the likelihood of having their issues addressed if a problem arises. CRI measures the company's customer satisfaction abilities through BCA’s complaint mediation process.

A variety of factors are considered when calculating CRI. This includes how quickly a company responds to complaints, the number of complaints against a company, whether the company addressed complaint allegations, and the outcome of the complaints. Originally called roto-rotter on October, they used they snake and charged us $355, then said we needed an exit after they viewed the line with their cameras, they charged us $3,750. Had to called back again on November 30th due to the line been backed up and flooded our garage. 3 employees came and said "it's not our fault" didn't clean up not cleared the line at all and just left. Called again on January, again employees came and did not cleared the line. Called again in February and got an angry employee who wanted to charge $2,00 to do a hydro clean up. My argument with this angry guy was "why didn't you guys do a hydro after putting the exit?" He said they don't do that and is an extra charge!!! Called again March and finally got a decent employee who put the camera and told us that we had a broken pipe…crazy thing, none of the other employees told us this when they used their camera before and after installing the exit. I feel that they took advantage of me & my husband who had a major stroke. Called 3 other companies who said "roto-totter did a terrible job with the exit and looks like they didn't connect the pipe correctly, therefore there's a leak". We had to call another company to do the hydro for $700. PLEASE DO NOT USE ROTO-ROTTER, they over charge in everything. Prices as follow from them are: Exit $3,750 Hydro $2,000. Use of their snake $355. Other companies. Exit $1,350 - Hydro $700 - Use of their snake $250. Resolution Sought Would like for them to refund us the money for a horrible job that was never fixed.
