Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) Explained The Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) is an indicator on how responsive a company is in addressing and resolving customer complaints brought to their attention by BCA. I was told there would be no charge because of the work done before, but now they are saying we owe 680 dollars, I did not pay because I was told not to pay it. Plus they want to know why I did not sign for the work done. I was told that the warranty only covered parts and labor for 5 years. not the overflow of toilets and drains. they said if I do not pay the bill, they are sending it to a collect agency. When I paid 4.950 dollars on April 23.2020 this was to cover digging a trench and removing a cracked pipe and installing a new pipe. this problem has happened again on 9.2020 and each time I was charged again. Resolution Sought Fix the problem. I am not suppose to be charged for this last service.
