The company Roto-Rooter (Middlesex, NJ) tried to have us replace a sewer line, which would have cost $10,400, they said was rusted though. They made it seem like it was Urgent and that we couldn't use our toilets, shower, or dish washer or laundry washer. They said that they would do everything that day . We have been using my parents facilities since 4/12/24. I realized just in time that we would be covered under our protection plan from American water, who on their end , could not use Roto-rooter, but they sent another company out called Ace Mechanical , which determined that our sewer pipe was not rusted through and the pipes were fine , it was just a normal clog . No need to dig up our front lawn or replace any pipes. Resolution Sought Give us back our $850.57

They came out in January 2024 to unclog toilet & the plumber said I needed the sewer line flush for about $300 & we out notice he showed up 2 weeks later & claim he flush the sewer line but was out there maybe 7 minutes and he dug a hole to get to the line but NEVER close the whole to the sewer line, then charge me $512 for a job he never did nor completed, so I want my money back and the toilet still backs up in the shower.........I WANT MY MONEY BACK, THEY DID A BOTCHED JOB.........I WILL NEVER USE THEM AGAIN!!! Resolution Sought I want my money back $512 because he NEVER did the job right. I need to get a new plumbing company, a.s.a.p.
