I want to help others who try and work with this Roto rooter company.

I called Roto rooter to repair sewage problem. They charged me $900 for 10 minutes and the problem wasn't even repaired

I put a stop payment on on the $900 check and want to help others who try and work with this Roto rooter company.

Poor customer service!!

I am file a complaint about the Hays office. When you try to call you get the answering machine because the women that works there is taking to her friend on company phone. I tried to call about my bill because the guy came to house told me I only owe a 100.00 and she was trying to make me pay a 141.00. I finally went to office and told her I had been trying to call but I kept getting the voicemail instead and she acted like she didn't know what I was talking about. I told he only said a 100.00 so that's all I paid. Then I told her we might need some one to come by she said that the guys had been are house to much and she didn't think they would want to. I thought that rude they have only been 2 times. I think she needs fired or suspended for a week.
