Poor customer service!!

I am file a complaint about the Hays office. When you try to call you get the answering machine because the women that works there is taking to her friend on company phone. I tried to call about my bill because the guy came to house told me I only owe a 100.00 and she was trying to make me pay a 141.00. I finally went to office and told her I had been trying to call but I kept getting the voicemail instead and she acted like she didn't know what I was talking about. I told he only said a 100.00 so that's all I paid. Then I told her we might need some one to come by she said that the guys had been are house to much and she didn't think they would want to. I thought that rude they have only been 2 times. I think she needs fired or suspended for a week.

Very unsatisfied with Roto Rooter

A technician came out on January 8th my toilet was not flushing it was over flowing the technician snaked the toilet I paid $289 this Saturday my toilet was doing the same thing when I called for service the woman in the office told me my Guarante was 1 week the technician never told me what was guaranteed or for how long,the woman said she was putting the service down as a redo but when the technician got here he said I would have to pay again. I would have never signed my receipt if I was told how long it was guaranteed for. This company is forthcoming with their information I still have a toilet I can use and l paid $289.00
