Called rotorooter very late Sunday October 31, dispatcher informed me my main sewage line is constricted, so I was set up for a power wash and unplug clog for November 1st in morning. They showed did what I believed was told, paid $1750.00 . Within 2 days clogged again, called again late at night, taken over 2 hours to talk and leave message with a backup technician. Morning of November 4th dispatcher with a not so nice tone informed me I was told I need my hold line even out to where the city connects addressed. That would have cost me closed to $16,000.00 . I work 40 hrs a week, take care of my family and I am not made of $$$. So I called my township , after 2 more calls after them I spoken to Trish at Benjamin Franklin, very kind and listened. Set me up with their best guy Paul , early morning because I had to be at work at 11:30. On Fri Nov 5 . He was prompt, professional, had camera, take care of clog, actually power wash it. Informed me that my trap area should be taken care of soon. Paid less $$$, a year warranty, and bio blend to put in drains. Contacted rotorooter to get my $$ refund. Run round, offered free camera look, I set up time but I don't trust them in my home. They did not do a proper job, did not do the right thing and address 2nd clog free of charge. Spoken to Phil, he was nice, but I feel they were in the wrong. Since B J. no issues yet . Their sale pitch is a lie, and they don't do right. Don't call them, don't be stupid like me. Resolution Sought Refund my $1750.00 in cash or money order, a check might bounce. Don't believe you would not have done the right thing!!!
